I gave up smoking in November and would really like to know how well I'm doing.

Where can I find a chart, that will show the benefits on a weekly or monthly basis so I can see the benefits of not smoking. I would like to have by my desk at work.

Please dont just give me just Non Smoking websites. I want the actual website that will have this chart on it.

Thanks

Here are a few sites to help you. Try typing stopping smoking benefits into a search engine, this will bring up loads of useful websites. Well done and keep up the good work. Are you using anything to help you or are you doing it cold turkey? You can do, I did. Anything is possible.
