I am a regular user of Easyjet for business and pleasure.
I too have had a bad experience one Christmas but my incoming flight was as late as my Easyjet connection so I was really pleased. Both flights were 5 hours late! Luton Airport ran out of de-icing fluid.
This was my only bad experience. I find Easyjet as good or bad as any other airline but much better value.
Oh, I forgot I got fog bound at Madrid last year!
Give them another chance. I did and have not regretted it.
(I do not work for them)

What did EasyJet do that made your Christmas a "livinh" nighmare?
I think Stelios as a business genius. I'd gladly go into business with him, in just about anything he wanted to do.

I fly regularly with Easyjet wouldn't bother with anyone else for a short haul flight.
Obviously I don't know the ins and outs of your nightmare at christmas, but I can imagine it was something simple like delays, lost baggage etc, if that IS the case you have to remember you get what you pay for! And with easyjet you pay for a seat and for them to get you to your destination SAFELY.

They are great. The people that mainly have trouble with them are the one's that turn up late for check-in and don't understand why they can't be allowed to board (idiots!!).If you follow all the proper procedures as explained in your travel documents (which everybody should read before flying) then you shouldn't really have any problems unless you are seriously unlucky,in which case every airline has unexpected problems not just EasyJet.

Personally i have had great flying experiences with easy jet have used them a few times now. I flew to Portugal with them last year and apart from a delay coming home everything went spot on. I will be using them again this year.

They offer a service at a price - As always, you get what you pay for. The fact that their business increases year by year shows they meet most people's expectations. But when you want a Ferrari and can only pay for a Fiat, there is going to be a problem.

I have used Easy Jet loads of times and i am happy with the standard, The only problem i had was the price for a little can of coke!! :O day light robbery! :P But, To be honest, I prefer British Airways.

I flew with them.... my gosh. My flight left from an airport about 200km from my city, and had a 6hour delay. So I had to drive there and wait for 6hours in an airport!
While I was at the check in, I asked my boyfriend to help me with my carry on, and that B@#CH ad the counter yelled at us "NO, YOU CANNOT HELP HER! Whatever she can't lift she can't take as a carry-on!!!" What A-holes.
I will seriously think about not taking easy jet next time.
