am a kenyan young man aged 24 years and completed high school education and got B- average grade with a strong A grade in maths subject,i want to know how i can get admission into a university in usa and still get a scholarship or bursary, since i can not afford to pay for my education

You need to first ask your govenment if they have any programs of University exchange based on merits, you'll need to enroll at your university first.
If not you'll need to ask for sponsorships from the US Universities you are looking into.
It's very difficult, but if you try hard, I'm sure you can do it!

Most likely you won't be able to. In order to qualify for a visa to enter the US for study, you must demonstrate ability to not only pay for yourself, but cover your day to day expenses as well. If you do qualify for a scholarship, you will still need money to live on, and if you can't demonstrate that you have it prior to entering the US, you will not be issued a visa.

Scholarships that cover living expenses beyond tuition are very rare - usually reserved for top athletes. And DHS won't accept a statement that you will find work once you are here.

You can try, but know up front it will not be easy.
