As long as they allow enough movement there is no reason not to.

NOOOOO they have not got enough elasticity in them for your joints to able to move freely while exercising. You will do your self no end of damage.

No I won't laugh if you have your reasons, but I would think they would be very restricting and you would'nt be able to move very freely. What about footless tights, could'nt you wear those.? Please let me have a little giggle!!

I would think you could wear whatever you darn well please LOL. Constrictive garments do sometimes cause unpleasant perspiration and irritation in "sensitive" areas.
