Here are some exercises I recommended to someone else who was looking to workout those parts as well. They require no special equipment but yourself and a little motivation (as all exercises require)

Iron Mikes (lunges) are good for your leg muscles and your butt. Those are bascially taking long strides and bending the knee of the leg that trails the lead leg while quadricep the lead leg is parrell to the ground. Adding weight to doing squats would increase its effectiveness. The same would apply here as well.

Another good exercise for the butt, legs and lowerback is what we called swimmers. This can be done by laying on your belly with your arms out in front of you and your head up off the ground. Raise your left arm and right leg as high as you can and hold for 5 seconds and then alternate arms and legs.

Flutter kicks are good for the legs and abs. Those are done by lying on the ground with your hands under the butt. Raise your upper body of the ground slightly along with your legs. You should feel your abs tighten and your legs as well. Now, raise one leg up, bring it down and then raise the other leg and repeat. Can be a good work out and can be done with different variations you can do with your legs.

Triceps you can do dips which can be done by getting between two sturdy objects and hold yourself up with your arms then dip down and come back up. You can also do pushups to work those out. The closer you bring your hands together, such as forming a diamond with your thumb and index fingers of both hands, the more of a challenge it will be.

Try creating a workout that will include all those areas or target one specific area a day.

It might be hard to actually trim down all those areas at home, but diet is obviously part of it, as in any attempt to lose weight/unwanted fat. If you have excess fat/skin, the best way to get rid of this is to start a free weights program. It doesn't have to be heavy weight, just enough so that you feel that you get a fairly good workout. Even a 10 lb dumbell when coupled with the right exercises will do the trick. And if you want to lose the tummy, your best bet is to start in on a cardio program, which will also help with the other areas. If you don't want to start that intensely, just try walking around the block or a designated route for 20+ minutes a day for however often you feel is necessary. 20+ minutes is crucial because it is at that point that the body switches from carbohydrate stores and starts using fat stores. The pace does not have to be that strenous, but should be somewhere between 50-85% of your maximum heart rate (220-age). Staying within that range is the best for burning fat.

Diet and exercise. Not one or the other. The two work together. Simple rule...burn more calories than you take in. Stay on the cardio but do some weight training. Invest in a personal trainer to do an evaluation and ask them to develop an exercise plan to target those areas. As for diet, stay away from sugar and watch your fat intake.

You cannot selectively lose weight, even if you target a specific muscle group, you will not burn calories specifically there. (you will tone/build muscle under the fat) Diet and aerobic exercise are your best bet.
