how can u decide that u will never get her .. is that a situation very odd ..love crosses boundaries and ages k ... but i would like u to express your love it should be a legal one ...legal to our culture k
mine is alove marriage ..i am a great admirer of love so i got my first love so sorry i could not place myself in a situation as u r expecting

The first thing I would do is ask myself whether or not I really love the girl. I know when you're young and inexperienced, you think you love someone when you just really, really want that person. I know from direct experience. Though I'm no longer a teenager, my "first love" experience is emblazoned deeply into my memory.
When you think about this, keep in mind that it's hard to love a person unless you know them pretty well. You need to know their likes and dislikes, their morals and values, their goals in life, etc.
Anyway, if you decide that you really DO love her, and not just desire her, then you must decide what to do.
I'd say, DON'T SELL YOURSELF SHORT! Search Yahoo Answers for some tips on gaining confidence, and then express your feelings. I wouldn't suggest coming right out and saying "I love you" to someone you've never dated... that doesn't usually work. But express some interest and go for it!

If you KNOW that you'll never get her, best thing to do is to hang the sense of ever trying to get with her and keep yoruself occupied. Look at me; I make movies in my spare time and put them on YouTube. Is that ever going to get me any chicks? Probably not, but it's what I like doing. As a bonus, if I can successfully prove to the world that the rule of "just do what you do, and the women will flock to you" is complete bullocks, then bonus for me. :)
(Sorry, but if theories about wooing women aren't going to work for me, at least I can have fun with them and try to prove them wrong so everyone pressuring me to get laid with some random chick will just leave me alone.)

Tell your feelings. Telling someone you really like him/her is hard but It will be a good thing coz not telling it to the person might cause a deep regret for you. You tell her and you wont lose anything, but then rejection might be hard, but at least you told the person how you feel and it's not your loss, there's still someone out there that will come for you.

i think the answer depends on the reason of why you cant get her.
however, i believe if you dont express your feelings now, you will always ask your self what if i told her about my love.
so, i think it is better for you to be brave in order not to regret all your life time and belive whatever is the response from another side

yes you should definetly express your feelings. me and my best mate (a girl) have known each other for years and have known each others true feelings cause we've been totally honest to one and other. do the same. if she doesnt like you in that way she will let you know and you can move on. but if you dont tell her and move on you will always think back to that moment and wonder what it would have been like if you said something.

i dont think you should tell them so drasticly that you love them .but i would say look disstraut sound sad but certain that you just are saddened that you have never ben able to tell them how you felt for them because you think that it is not a realistic thing from where you see it and if it works keep runing with it if she dosnt care kindly thank her walk away and spend sometime finding what makes you happy with yourself and sooner or later sum 1 will appear to fill that hole .....

i think its better not to express the feelings when you know that you are never going to get him/her as incase of confession it will spoil your recent relation ship with the person also. so its better to let it move as it is.
