No quick fixes... Use more calories up by being active. Even walking 1/2 hour to 1 hour per day. Any other exercise above that is gravy (pardon the pun). Eat healthy foods. Limit the junk food and try to consume food 5 times a day to boost metabolism.

start lifting weights and do some armwrestling. you will lose the weight.
