Instead of eating burgers or anything sweet, eat a fruit or a salad...and drink, drink, drink....fresh fruit juice or water. And...eat slowly. It takes about 20mins for your brain to register that you're full, so if you eat slowly, then you will only eat a little in that 20mins before your brains tells you to stop eating.

Just occupy yourself with other activities like learning a new piece on the piano note, or trying to learn a move in a video game, watchng Television, Read an intersting Book, OR learning How to drive...
DO THESE THINGS IF YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT HUNGRY ENOUGH TO DEPRIVE YOURSELF TO FOOD.

if you wanna diet than best way is to eat low calorie food.. n eat as often as you can..that doesnt mean u stop takin proper food,eat everitin but in propotion ..lke not stuffin yourself..bt eat lil everi now n than..n more over hv more liquids...that wil keep ur stom ful..n walk as muc as you can

try not to snack or if you feel hungry eat a piece of fruit or something it doesnt matter how much fruit you eat cos its good for you. =]
