Mine is running downstairs on a summers day and my mum washed my face, she tried to dry it and I said the sun will dry it and ran out into the back to play with my friends. I was only 3 or 4. Nearly 35 years ago I would say.

My earliest memory,
I was 2 and me an my older sister were playing hiding seek in my granny's house.
I decided to hide behind the living room door, the next thing i remember is walking calmly over to my mum saying "mummy finger bleeding" my mum let out a gasp an started fussing.
My sister had slammed the living room door an squashed my wedding finger, on closer inspection the top of my finger was hanging on by a thread an the nail completely gone, so it was off to the hospital to have it stitched back on, which i found really interesting.
aaaarrrrggghhh now there's a memory you couldn't forget!!!

Babysham - you've been reading my mind!!! I woke up this morning thinking, that would be an interesting question. You've beaten me to it!.
My earliest memory is the morning my brother was born. I was aged 3 years 2 months. I was sitting on the stairs, wanting to go up and see my mum, but the midwife wouldn't let me. I cried! I'm one of 7 children, all born at home, and my brother was the last!

I was eating an ice cream along bournemouth sea front at the age of 3 or 4, i was with my sister and my brothers and mum was walking us to boscombe beach, i slipped and fell in the sand, when i got up the sand has stuck to my face as i had ice cream everywhere round my face. IT COULDNT come off, i had to go home with sand all over my face. IT hurt more than anything. PLUS, i couldnt eat the ice cream, and these times, life was hard, mum never bought me a new icecream either, she had no more money!! i was heartbroken.

I remember at the age of 4 being at school, and showing off to some girls in the washroom by sticking my finger into the tap and squirting water everywhere.

I don't know whether the girls were impressed or not, but I ended up wearing a blanket in the headmistress' office while my clothes dried in front of her fire.

I can remember being in the supermarket trolley when I was about 1 year old, trying to grab some lemons and my mum shouting at me for doing it. 27 years ago. Scary stuff.

I remember being walked to school on my first day, i was screaming that i didn't want to go, i would have just turned 4 then.

Actually i can remember my nursery, probably about three years old then and we were given rice paper to draw on and i got everyone to start eating it instead, much more interesting than drawing.

When I was about 4 I had a argument with my big sister, (she was 7) & I stuck dad's screw driver into her Space Hopper!
I can still hear the "farting" noise it made as it went down now!
Boy oh boy did I get a smacking from mum.
I'm 41 now & remember it like it was yesterday!

When I was three years old and my sister was born and I went to visit my mom and there were many relatives in the room and someone told me something really stupid that I kept on my mind : "you must not be jealous of your little sister now!" I didn't know the meaning of "jealous" but I became jealous anyway!
