I've put on a bit of weight over the summer, and i like it, i feel more womanly and confident in my body image. So i don't want to lose the weight again, but i want to be more fit and healthy. so what are some exercizes that just help with fitness on weight loss?

Walking is a fantasic way to stay fit and healthy. (AND it's free!)
No need to go running or anything exhausting but just keep doing something each day. A simple walk to the shops or around the block is all it takes. Fresh air and drinking lots of water are an awesome start to maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Don't forget to keep eating healthy foods, ie. lots of vegies, lean meat with some whole grains and fruit to maintain your current weight.

Try doing the elliptical or cross training machine, these get your heart rate up, but do not burn a ton of calories (like running would) I've also found that taking an aerobic class makes me feel super fit. If you're losing weight, try drinking meal supplements like Slim Fast as a snack and not a meal replacement.

it is perfectly fine to eat after working out - in fact it is probably best to refuel ur body. remember after working out ur body continues to burn calories at an increased rate for a while. the best thing to eat after working out would be a lean protien tho - lean turkey or chick for xample. eating right after is not going to negate ur workout. ur exercise and what u put into ur body can generally be looked at as a whole for the day (kinda like the opposite of activity on a bank account - u want to take out or burn more calories than u put in by the end of the day. does that make sense? lol). the best thing to eat b4 a workout would be a complex carb - fruit or veggies maybe.

u can run thats all for 10 to 30 mins day eat junk food once a while and eat mostly healthy food!:D
