You should see your doctor and have him take a look at your hands.
It sounds to me like you have Raynauds, and it can get worse with time, unless you do something about it. It can go on like it is now, for quite some time, but over time more and more damage can be done, due to the lack of circulation. If you need to wear gloves or mittens when the air con is on, it may look funny, but it's better than doing any further damage
I've had it for years, and simple Niacinamide (B3) is about the only thing that works well for me.
***What Are the Signs and Symptoms of Raynaud's Disease?
People with Raynaud's (primary or secondary) have attacks in response to cold or emotional stress. The attacks can affect the fingers and toes, and rarely the nose, ears, nipples, or lips. The affected body parts will usually have two or more of the following changes:
Look pale due to lack of blood flow
Look bluish due to a lack of oxygen
Feel numb, cold, or painful
Redden and throb or tingle as blood returns to the affected area
Attacks usually last about 15 minutes. They can last less than a minute or as long as several hours. Attacks can occur daily or weekly.
Sometimes attacks affect only one or two fingers or toes. Different areas may be affected at different times. Attacks can cause sores or tissue death (gangrene) in people with severe secondary Raynaud's. However, severe Raynaud's is very uncommon.***

I hope this helps you....

Go to the health food store and ask the assistant for Tissue Salts tablets, brand - Schuessler. You need to get the ones for circulatory disorders - combination L. I have been using these tablets for two days for virtually the same symptoms and have already seen great results. Apparently these tablets work at a cellular level and aid your system by getting to the root of the problem, nutritional deficiency which can't be addressed because of the poor quality soils our foods are farmed in these days and the chemicals so commonly used to preserve and prepare same.
GOOD LUCK

Smoking interferes with blood flow to the limbs.
Omega 3, and vitamin E help blood flow - not to be taken with a heart drug of the type exemplified by warfarin.
