It depends on the Female figure and the distance from where you are looking at it. Many women are born with an enormous breast and posterior(s)...I personally do look at her eyes, lips and the rest... 99.9% of women have a sex-appeal with body expression and this affects the perspectiv from where the opposite gender is looking at the Female gender...There is no set rule because Human Behavior come into play (concious, mind, background, etc.).....

Honestly, I "notice" their physique..because it's the biggest thing that is right there in front of you. But, i LOOK at their eyes first. Then smile, lips & teeth. Then their hands. I don't know, but something about hands..
