Again- just paracetamol.
I would go ask a pharmacist. You gotta be careful with other alternative pain reliefs and rubs as well.
Get some proper medical advice - if coffee can affect your baby when breast feeding, think what medication will do!

just ordinary anagestic like panadol or paracetamol can help a lot w
hy because you are still breestfeeding your baby.babies doesn,t need hard drugs it cause defect or problems to them because they eat from what you ate . that is they eat their food through breast so go on a very mild anagestic and rubb the breast with sheer buttrer oil morning and night ,you will be relived.

Fifi; Explain your situation to a (very old) doctor..
-and keep "doing-the-rounds" untill you strike a doctor
that'll allow you a few (pure) Codeine pills.
Only these ARE safe: 100%, so.
