Ok to start things off it's been almost a year since my last relationship of two years, and I honestly feel stuck. Im not in love with my ex, nor do I even have the desire to make things work with her, yet I find myself thinking about her from time to time and I don't want to. She does things to get on my radar and says things about me knowing they will get back to me to my friends and stuff I feel to get under my skin and it does. Anyways my problem is I cant seem to move on, my worst fear is that I am in denial about not loving her/wanting to be with her. I havent had a relationship with anyone since the breakup and my interaction with women period has been somewhat limited. What should I do to move on? What would you do to move on?

First, realize that she's working to keep herself on your mind.
She likes you hung up and thinking about her, it makes her feel attractive and better about herself.

Second, you're not in love with her, you're just lonely.
If you were in love with her, you'd be trying desperately to do all you can to get her back, which you're not.

Third, you need to date someone else. Once you break the fixation, even if it's only for a short amount of time, you'll realize you just miss having Someone, not your ex in particular.

Fourth, she loves the fact that you can't date anyone else and haven't since her.
What a royal *****, do you really want to be with someone like that?
Of course not.

Keep far away from her and if your friends even bring her up tell them you do not want to hear it you have grown since than. You need to start taking other women out even if there just friends and have a good time if you meet someone you like you can always introduce them as your friend and you wont be lying.lol

Just get out and have fun, spend a night out with the guys, get out and hit on girls, just get as many numbers as you can, you may find someone that you like more than you ex cause you prob still want to be with her whether you think you do or not
