Does peoples teeth ever poke through their gums?

I have this big bump on my gums and it hurts like hell.

I had the same bump in the back of the mouth. It was part of the wisdom tooth. I got them out Monday. You should go to a dentist and also get a panoramic X-ray to see if that tooth that is trying to get out isn't affecting others in the process.

That can happen. A girl at my school has that problem, but she won't get it fixed. Go to a dentist and have them check it out. X-rays might show what it is.
