why will yahoo not accept my credit card and why do i have to ask here to find out?

I spend hundreds on ebay -buying downloads all over the net but for a 2 dollar domain they say my cards no good Thanks Johnny

Did you max it out? What type of card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, etc.) is it? Are you maxed out? Does the card still work elsewhere?
