i really like this guy. and he does notice me too like he says compliments on me, we send SMS to each other and we are together during group dates. the problem is dat i have a boyfriend and i feel guilty with wat im doing.. i want to be close with this workmate of mine but by not being flirt and being unfaithful to my bf.

You can't have your cake and eat it too. If you care about your boyfriend, you will sit and seriously think this thing out. Do you love/care for your boyfriend? Do you have thoughts about being single again? Do you have stronger feelings for your co-worker?
These are the things you need to answer before you take the next step. If you want to be closer to this guy and keep your boyfriend, it ain't gonna happen. You are just putting yourself in a bad situation with a possibility of being unfaithful to your boyfriend, which is totally unfair to him.
I'd stay away from this guy if you value the relationship that you have. You can start to get over these feelings if you put distance between the two of you. However, if you feel that your feelings are growing for the co-worker, you need to consider breaking things off with your beau.

think about your current situation about your bf. does he love you? do you love him? if not, maybe it's time to move on cos when it's not meant to be, you guys won't be happy even if you try and salvage the relationship.
if the answer is yes, you still have feelings for your bf, then your liking for your colleague may just be lust. try avoiding him and don't let your bf down.
