For copying DVDs the best & easiest is DVDFab Platinum.

For copying download programs - Nero.

If you're looking to make a copy of a dvd (backup) and fit it onto a regular dvd. I personally use dvd decrypt along with dvd shrink which works with Nero.

If you are using Windows XP it comes built in with a Burner Program.

U can download it using limewire
