How many people can I sleep with before I get aids? Does it matter. Just stop the idiocy now rather than waiting until it is terminal.

My grandfather smoked for 50 years before it got him. But it varies.
MMUNE SYSTEMS become weakened by poor nutrition, lack of exercise and reduced oxygen. Once that happens, our body becomes vulnerable to common STRESSORS. Stressors can be environmental, like viruses, heavy metals, pesticides, food additives, electromagnetic waves or pollution. They can be internal things like emotional or job stress, or poisonous people in our lives. Aging is also a contributing factor. So this means:
WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM + STRESSORS = DISEASE (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.)
Our bodies have 60 trillion--yes, trillion--cells, and there are always some mutating into cancer cells, but a healthy immune system kills them before they have a chance to get a foothold in the body.
It takes a LONG time, usually, or a high level of stressors, to weaken the immune system to the point where it won't do its job, but once cancer has formed, it will generally spread rapidly.

THAT DEPENDS SOME PEOPLE HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF PROLONGING CANCER BUT YOU ARE GIVING YOURSELF CANCER AS SOON AS YOU LITE THE CIG. SECOND HAND SMOKE IS FAR WORSE THAN FIRST HAND. NOT ONLY ARE YOU GETTING CANCER BUT A CHILD MAY BE TO AND IT WOULD NOT TAKE NEAR AS LONG FOR HIM OR HER TO BECOME ILL BECAUSE OF THEIR SMALL LUNGS. 3000 NON-SMOKERS DIE OF LUNG CANCER EACH YEAR AND MORE THAN 17000 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE ARE ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL EACH YEAR BECAUSE OF SECOND HAND SMOKE

you can get cancer without ever smoking,but when you smoke your chances of lung cancer go up.

Some people smoke all their life without any problems. It is not the tobacco that kills you, but the chemicals they spray on the tobacco. Smoke bio products only.

Not very long. You can get it from smoking once if you are unlucky. Heck, you can get cancer from just about anything...genes, sun, air fresheners, etc...
