The radio I have does not seem to have the CD option for adding the optional 5 Disk changer in trunk? Can you tell me why or if there is a solution........

Well in 1990, that wasn't an option. Oh, its not a '90? HOW IS ANYONE SUPPOSED TO KNOW??? Just get a new radio, or car or learn how to form a complete question that can be answered with ANY degree of accuracy.

General Motors offers a number of different sound systems and although the Cadillac Deville has a top of the line system that is standard equipment. there are about 5 additional radio/stereo that you can select (optional) The car you have was not ordered with that particular option. Your Cadillac dealer can install an upgraded one for you. or you can install an after market one from a car stereo store. Sorry but even the Cadillacs don't have everything.

Easiest cheapest way would be to run a MP3 player/FM transmitter. Then you cound use a 80GB MP3 player and carry around an entire music collection.
