im 16 5'9 140lbs and i was eating anything and everything its time to change my eating plan and get healthy! ok now im going bike riding 3-4 times a week 30mins. 40mins walking a day. diet. normally breakfast: small bowl of cornflakes.lunch: sandwich:dinner: whatever my mum cooks around 400cals i guess. but noww i dont want to lose weight just to get healthy and in shape but will i lose any weight! :( :(

all you have to do is burn the same amount of calories as you take in to stay the same. burn more than you take in to lose weight. Take in more than you burn to gain weight. eat what ever you want (even mcdonalds) as long as the intake and outake are where you want them, you are in control. Advertisements want to sell you products, but science is golden.

No need of puting your self in all these problumes.
Just increase your walking time to 60 mins. a day ,
but only in the morning hours - must be brisk .
And do what ever you like .

things are looking up for you, if you keep it consistent then you will likely lose weight in times length[ dont listen when people say it doesnt' take time cuz losing weight does
