normally people love cat but me... its very scaries, what should i do. sometimes i want to kiss and hug it but when i see it i fell afraid to do it

Different breeds of domestic cats have different personalities. Some want to be picked up and hugged, some DO NOT want this.
You need to find a cat that likes to sleep, with company. Have a big couch, and in evenings the cat can sit next to you and sleep. Just enjoying the company without getting too intimate.

Just let it come to you and it will come naturally, don't kiss it, just scratch under the neck and behind the ears and when you pet it go the full length of the tail. Soon you will hear those magic purrrr's noises.
