What would you think of the situation, of him and of her?

We know people like that who ended up getting married and are about to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary.

My husband and I met them while we were all still single and dating. "Joe" (not really his name) was drop-dead gorgeous with dark thick hair, penetrating blue eyes, chistled face, athletic build (not skinny and not too muscular), and a smile that would both knock your socks off and also make any dentist cry for joy! While I was still trying to catch my breath, he introduced us to "Judy" (not her real name, either) - a thin, mousy-looking type, very plain in her dressing style and not an ounce of make-up. Her hair was in an old-fashioned bob. BUT... in the years that followed, our opinions about their looks completely reversed themselves! Although nice, we learned Joe was a big, male chauvinist who never lifted one finger to help Judy around the house, with the kids, etc. Joe's idea of a fun night was staying up an exra hour past his usual 8:30 bedtime! BOORING! Whenever we visited, he would fall asleep before we left (or anyone else for that matter). Judy suddenly was growing more beautiful each time we saw her... such a sweet, happy girl who was a warm, gracious hostess, was genuinely interested in whatever you had to say, a caring, attentive wife and mother -- all in all, it was difficult to find any fault with her. And, oddly enough, I came to realize why she never wore make-up: she didn't have to! Judy truly had the "peaches and cream complexion" we all crave, a beautful friendly smile, and the biggest brown "Bambi" eyes we've ever seen.

So, now let's ask about a really attractive girl dating an average-looking guy!!

I'd be happy because then I might have a chance with a hot guy ;). Seriously though I'd think highly of the guy because it'd show he's into her personality instead of just looks like most other guys.

I would think it's okay because the girl can be attractive for the boy and maybe they love each other.Looks don't matter.

None of my business, and let them be. It's their problem. There are more ways to be compatible or attracted to another person than just by their looks!

i would think there is still hope for all the average looking people out there! it just proves that relationships are built on values, principles, morals rather than APPEARANCE!
(as if we did not know that)
