I have faked an orgasm because I just wasn't in the mood and I was trying to make the process go faster. I don't know one woman that hasn't faked an orgasm. My boyfriend also has faked an orgasm. Lmao but he wasn't that good because I caught him right in the act. He said that he was too tired and just wanted to go to bed. So to answer your question. I think both genders do it.

fake orgasms are to just boost the other person ego or just to please him.
who ever is the guy, he thinks that he should be the one to completely satisfy all his girl needs. so when he is not able to for any reason, he might not feel good. so the girl might just fake .. orgasm.. to give him a momentarily pleasure

i have, it's embarrasing to think about, i got caught, i was just drunk and not into the girl i met at the bar. awkward to say the least.
