when you are younger it is somewhat normal... it will go away, it is pretty taboo in our society/culture.. but in some cultures throughout history it has been common place.. for example royalty would often marry within the family to preserve the royal blood ( this would cause birth defects which is why there is such a stigma attached to it...) and even Einstein married his cousin so your not in bad company haha, i had a crush on my cousin when i was younger too, try not to feel guilty about it, but it is not something you should pursue obviously

It depends on how old you are. I did when I was 9, but it went away very quickly after that. Oh, and when you're talking about having a crush on your cousin, age doesn't matter, it's going to be unacceptable no matter what the ages are.
