Ive been told if you have a small frame the ideal weight is between about 113-128. if your medium about 115-140 give or take a few

compute for your body mass index by dividing your weight in kilograms by your height in meters squared.

1 feet = 3.3 meters so divide 5.1 with 3.3 and thats your height in meters and square your height in meters.

if you know your weight in lbs then divide that with 2.2 to know your weight in kilograms and divide it with your height in meters that you squared.

whatever your answer is your BMI.

malnourished bleow 16
underweight 16-19
normal 20-25 <--- here's ideal and healthy
moderately obese 26-31
severely obese 32-36
morbidly obese 37-up
