Recently Ive noticed this sort of rash type. Its not really a rash I guess. I noticed alittle on my neck and on my chest. They are just little spots, no bigger then a quarter, and they are very very light brown colored and its dryer skin. Only dry skin on the brown spots though. Can you help me as to what this might be? I dont think its eczema..

It doesnt itch. I looked up eczema and it looks nothing like that

It is a form of eczema try Eucerin calming creme if it itch's you. And see a doctor.

have you had chickenpox or measles? it could be it. still it could also be an allergic reaction. either to a dog or cat maybe. it's hard to pinpoint because there could be a lot of things that may cause them. you got to see your doc.
