I know a guy who is 29 and still lives with his dad ( who is in his late 50's) they have a one bedroom aparmtnet they share. here is the kinda wierd part. they walk around with their privates hanging out (naked). they walk around in underwear. - right in front of each other. At first, i thought it was like a guy thing and no big deal, but ppl are telling me its not normal. do u think the son shold be trusted with a baby?

The son of the scenario is my babys dad and I'm wondering if its safe to let the baby go with him for visits. and yes i've witnessed this puppet show.

Yes this is extremely weird, and I don't want to make accusations, BUT don't you feel that there is come kind of sexual current to this scenario? and if so, do you really want a child making it a threesome? NO NO NO NO NO.

Um, I was following you until you threw the baby thing in. Too funny.
Should you give him a baby when he is naked - no. If he is fully clothed I'm sure he would be fine.
How is it you know they walk around together naked? Are you there witnessing this puppet show?

Well i would consider that as a guy thing. the guy grew up with his dad so his confortable with him so that's not really bad at all. walking around naked in his home has nothing to do whether he could be trusted with a baby. it's not like he's going to go out and be naked in public right? so i would think that yes you can trust him with a baby. :]

different familys operate in different ways. one of my sisters was put up for adoption when she was younger and is now very close to her foster dad (she was never adopted). she sits on his lap still (shes 32) and he tickles her etc but its all in fun. although im not saying that they walk around naked 'for fun' im just saying that familes funchion in different ways and it is not for anyone to say this is 'abnormal'

just because its not what everyone else does, does not mean that it was wrong. in fact another example i heard on the radio was of a family sharing a bathroom, gown men and their mum and dad. they would go to the toilet when the mum was in the bath and visa versa.

my point is we are not here to judge and if that is what they feel comfortable with its ok. with regards to the baby if you have any real proof that he is not fit to be around do not put the child in a position like that

some families are raised different and what might be weird to us is normal to them, i doubt very much that your baby will be in any danger, just when your baby goes and sees him ask your baby's dad to refrain from walking around naked, and that not only do you feel very uncomfortable but it is also wrong for him to do that

no its not normal...
i get the part about living with his dad but walking naked isn't normal. but this highly depends on their relationship....if they have a close relationship like brothers do then it would be normal. so maybe his father is like his brother/friend in which case it would be normal.
but if you see them walking naked while holding hands then....ummm run!.

You could let your kid go over there to see his/her dad. Just let him and his father know that you don't want them to be "au nateral" while he/she is over there. They should respect your wishes, and if they don't, just tell the guy that he cannot have his kid at his house, only in public. Not meaning to sound harsh or anything...
