I need a little more information. How much weight do you have to lose? Do you have an eating disorder? Have you been to the doctor to determine why you are overweight? It is important to know why someone has a weight problem. My thyroid was removed in 1992 for thyroid cancer. I controlled my weight ok for years. Last year I suddenly put on 35lbs and couldn't figure out why. Then to make it worse, I changed my eating habits and started exercising more. I maintained my weight but could not lose any. I became very depressed! 7 weeks ago my doctor informed me that my thyroid levels were terribly off. As soon as they adjusted my thyroid meds the weight started coming off.

Give me an idea of where you are starting from and where you want to be. For example; I weigh 210 right now, I want to reach an ultimate goal of 125, but my short term goal is 200. I was 220 when I found out my thyroid levels were off.

Then take some time to assess your eating habits. You need to find out what habits you might need to change in order to be successful. Losing weight requires changes that last a life time.

yes u can lose weight by either going on the cabbage soup diet plan ! it really works u lose 15 pounds a week or u can try eating salads,chewing gum,non fat lattes,and smoking cigarettes and lose 2o pounds a week! but depending on how u portion ur foods is an issue u have to portion it the size of ur hand ! oh yeah run 10 or 30 mins a day trust me it works ! Go to GNC ull see they have lose weight fast products and herbs!:D

Lots and lots of water! and several servings of fruit (daily) will do wonders for a quick loss. 7 to 9 servings. you can still eat other food and loose weight fast. Stay away from dairy

Drink about a gallon of water everyday.
Eat more of fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
Either don't eat or eat a lot less of white sugar, white bread, and store's dairy.
Exercise - run or lift weights for at least 20 min each day.

minimize ur food specialy rice, sweets,if possible dont eat junkfoods,and dont drink cola's (softdrinks). dont skip breakfast it lowers ur metabolism do some exercise in the morning some cardio and weight lifting so ur skin wont sag if you dont have much time to exercise 15 min each of stretching and brisk walking will do. drink lots of water and some fresh juices eat foods that are rich with fiber like pineapple,apple dont remove the skin oatmeal. skiping meals wont help you its will only make you sick. eating ryt and some exercise will make you healty and slimer. goodluck

ok. Eating plean. morning 2 apples or cerela with low fat milk or oatmeal.
Lunch-salad with anything but no fried food,potato,pasta,bread,sweets,soda,too much rice.

Dinner,something light like a salad or so.

Work out dance,belly dancing,salsa,any kind of dancing is good that is fast. Or cardio runnig walking,bycycling. 20-30 min 4x a week

i have to lose 20 lb's or go on lipitore'oatmeal with a grated apple in the morning,veg. soup lunch,no breads,choc.chips,pop,dinner anything in moreration,lost 7 lb's in three week's good-luck.
