Her Mom works there to so it is very hard to flirt with her since her Mom is watching all the time. She is a college student so she only work there part-time and it is hard to get a chance to talk to her and I don't want to be a "stalker" and following her around. Help!!!!!!

The recommendations about slipping her your number are good, but I'd be very cautious about leaving it with the tip. That might be interpreted as though you're trying to buy her, especially if you leave more than 15%.
Instead, you might want to figure out a way to get her your number without her serving you, but with her still knowing who you are.
Gauge the situation and figure out your options. Maybe you could sit at a table that another waitress works, then ask that waitress if she would mind giving your number to so-and-so. Do this when you order, so that your waitress has time to give it to your girl while you're still there. Trust me, the waitress will point you out. You might want to explain that you wanted to give her your number, but thought it might be inappropriate to do it while she was waiting on you.

One day, when she's your server, slip her a note on a napkin. Give her your name and phone number or e-mail or some way of communicating with you. Include a short note about how you've wanted to get to know her for a long time but realize how busy she is. Also say that you are giving your name and contact information in the event that she would be interested to get to know you, too. Then cross your fingers and wait . . . Good luck!!!

Next time you are there, leave her a tip and a little note with your number on it and a message asking if she would like to see a movie, pizza etc....just let her know you are interested, you can do the flirting when you are out and she is not working.

theres no need to stalk her just ask a coworker what time she gets out. from there just go around the time she gets out and ask her if she wanted to talk. show her your interested.

Write her a note that says "Do you love me?" "Check yes or no". It works like a charm....I've used it plenty of times.
