If your pimple is ready to pop, these are the best steps to take for safe, effective, and scar-free extracting:
1.Clean your face or your pimple with gentle face soap, or a cleaning toner.
2.Wet a washcloth with scalding hot water.
3.Place to hot washcloth on the pimple for 30 seconds. Then wet the washcloth with hot water again and repeat this step 2-4 times. The goal is to bring the whitehead to the surface as much as possible.
4.Grab 2 tissues and place them over each pointer finger. Make sure that you have no sharp nails that are going to break through the tissue or into your skin.
5.Use your tissue-covered pointer fingers to gently press on each side of the pimple. The goal is to gently push until the whitehead bursts.
6.If the whitehead bursts, wipe the pus away and then attempt step #5 again. The goal is to push as much of the pus and pimple infection out of the skin.
7.You may experience some slight bleeding- this is ok. Just do not push to the point where you are causing bleeding or redness under the skin.
8.When done, wipe the extracted pimple with tea tree oil or some antibacterial skin agent. The dont touch it, let it get air and begin the healing process.
9.If possible, wait at least 10 hours before covering the extracted pimple with cover up.

I'm a lifer .First, take a disposable cleansing pad under warm water and wash pimple with antibacterial gel .
Next take a fine sewing needle and wash it with the soap and pad
Next take the needle and slowly put pressure on the south side
of the pimple and proceed to pop a small drain hole as if a blister
Only do this once, Don't gouge at your face. It will make a mess
Next giving slight pressure drain the pimple as much as possible.
Don't use fingers or touch it in between.
Next take another warm pad with antibacterial soap and
spot dab the area. You can use cold water after that
on the other end of pad for calming the swelling
Next take a dab of proactive cleanser or Avon eye gel
and place a dab on the pimple hollow . Do this only at bedtime right before you go to bed.Your sweat glands will be less active and your skin be working its repair Never squeeze the pimple.
Good luck and smile pretty

wash your face then take two q-tips and use them to squeeze it. squeeze untill you see a lil blood(thats how you knw you got it all out). wash the area and put benzoil peroxide on it (just a little!) and then dont touch it. NEVER squeeze with YOUR FINGERS EVER!!! you do and you take the chance of haveing scars from you nails.

The best way is by not touching it at all, not with anything. Youre gonna get indelible scars if you do.
