Blondie: I would have assumed it to be easier for women. I mean, I DO know how to have a voluntary, meditative orgasm (you could say Tantric, but a few different cultures developed the same technique independently)-- without being touched by anyone or myself, essentially.
And THAT kind, at least, is much easier for women.

Your question was so weird I actually looked it up on google and surprisingly it actually can happen. They said it can happen with no direct stimulation often in wet dreams but also at other times as well. They said it can be embarassing for some, so yeah you can be considered a bit freaky. And this also occurs in pregnant females probably due to the hormones and all. Yep, google's a great thing.
