And Jesus being the son of God the creator with his limitless power....

My guess is that it would end in a tie with only one of them surfacing and swimming away...
Or it's quite possible that the Xillians would join the fight and send King Gidorah to kill both of them which would result with Godzilla and Jesus teaming up to fight King Gidorah and Gigan.
Believe it or not TOHO films which produces godzilla movies in the 90s wrote a script and came very close to making the movie Godzilla V.S. The Devil
in which all the sins of mankind come together to form Satan a monster that Godzilla would have to fight..
