I hate to tell you this, but methamphetamines. Go to someplace like a 24 hour gas station or head shop that sells glass oil burners. Look for the skinny person with sunken eyes, and twitchy methodical movements. Over concentration on everyday items is a plus. Tell them you want a gram or a tinner(1/16) of an ounce. Promise them you are not a cop. Expect to pay around a hundred dollars. Do not try crack, you will be hooked the first time you do it and anyone selling it will rip you off. You can eat it if you don't want to snort, inject, or smoke it. Only eat a little at a time. It usually takes several uses to create an addiction. You will be up 2-4 days and lose at least ten pounds, take some things apart, and overorganize or clean everything you own. Don't forget to drink water. ONLY DO THIS ONCE!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Drink 2 L of water everyday. That will get rid of water weight. Also, avoid carbs. It's effective short-term.

Losing that much weight in 3 days is dangerous and difficult. Liposuction is the best bet.

do not. i repeat do NOT drink any soda, NO fruit juice, NO sports drinks, don't eat any candy or chips. Eat only high carb food like pasta and rice and bread and a good amount of protein (meats and beans)... Weightlifting makes you put on muscle mass and burn carbs, running will burn fat.

10 pounds in 3 days is not at all healthy.........That is major stress on you heart and body in general i don't suggest it
