guys can vouch for me, and girls are in denial. I figured this out a long time ago... but I was watching this MTV show, the one were a girl interviews two guys in a date setting and unknown to them her friend is in a servalance van and tells the chick on the date when one of the guys is lying or not. Well i watched three episodes and i noticed the girl always picked the guy who lied the most. Proof!

Okay, there's the REAL COMPLETE answer.
Girls want a guy who's A BIT of a jerk, that may include lying, but they DON'T want a total a s s h o l e. It's a line, but it's not a fine line, some guys just walk over it without knowing.
So be funny, witty, smart, nice, but maybe don't always come on time, don't always return their calls, don't tell the truth all the time....but apologize after and make a joke about it...
I don't get it either man, but it works...

1st off...it's reality TV so it is ...exxagerated a little bit, people overact/underact on purpose and 2nd) it's usually a choice between a) roadkill or b) a turd. Either way, it's the person's preference on which they choose, and it's not like MTV does follow-ups on how successful things were after the show or even if they went on a date after the show. I wouldn't read too much into anything you see on MTV/VH1/or any other 'reality' show. It's entertainment man, not reality.

Oh sure....you can think that way. But how long can he kept himself like this?? 1 week? 2 weeks?....or 1 month, 2 months?C'mon.....even if the guy who lies proves to have the girl, I bet they'll have a hard time to survive the relationship through test of time....and sooner or later, the girl's gonna find out that big fat liar.

I wouldn't read too much into that. EVERYONE on that show lies-- and besides it is a TV show, these people aren't picking the person they're going to be spending the rest of their life with. In general I think that women want someone who they think they can trust, and showing that you are untrustworthy is a major red flag.

Sign of no character its easier to lie then tell the truth! Truth takes more guts and is harder to do ! Both male and females lie ,doesn't make it right either way!
