i do not know in what country you live,the word mad is no longer in use since the last century,still chronic psychotic people have no insight for their illness in general.

I don't think so. If they did realize it, they would be in touch with reality, which means, actually that any of us could be out of touch with reality, right now. Hmmmmm.... Ha ha!
