Im pretty tall (5'10) and I have almost always been the tallest girl I have known for all my life growing up and I think I may have been insecure about it so I started hunching. All my friends are short too so especially when I walk besides them I tend to hunch. Now I dont mind that Im tall but I notice I lean foward naturally, how can I improve my posture.

Stand up straight. have everything equally aligned. head should go straight up. You are probably leaning forward to compensate when talking to them, etc. If you continue with this, this will give you back problems. Try sitting down if you feel yourself leaning forward or slouching. slouching is common in tall people. they are very self-conscious of their height and slouch to compensate.

Also, yoga is great.

You can try to concentrate on keeping your back straight, but the best thing I know of is a corset. It doesn't have to be laces super tight or be overly complicated or expensive. A light bustier will do, anything with boning all the way up your back, when you are wearing it bad posture become uncomfortable and it reminds you to keep your back straight.

Try researching some exercises that will improve your back, neck, and core strength. Also, take time out of your day forcing yourself to stand up straight. You have probably trained your muscles to lean forward. You just have to retrain and strengthen them again.

Stand and tuck your tummy "into" your pelvis, then pretend someone is pulling your shoulders back. Add pilates, and your posture will improve dramatically
