The most recent medical breakthroughs allow this to be possible, BUT VERY expensive, experimental and it is better all round if you are able to obtain a simple of his sperm which lay dormant inside his testes for 5 to 6 days healthy. Also there is a legal issue as well. Unless you have a document clearly stating that you have his permission then you will not get a courts permission.
