I;m guessing you are about 15 years old. I was in the same position as you from 14-18, every girl's mom loved me and they always told their daughters to go out with me, but the daughters never liked me as much as the moms. I started getting tons of girls when I stopped caring about them so much. Stop being so nice to these girls (I know it doesn;t sound right). Here are some tips. It sounds stupid and you'll think I'm wrong but seriously try it:

When these girls call you or text you, dont call them back. Or if you do, wait a few hours or days. Its not a priority to you. Don;t worry, they won;t go anywhere.

When you see them in school or where ever you see them. End the conversation before they do, especially when you are talking on the phone. Don't be rude but tell them you have another call or you are extremely busy.

Put your guy friends first.

Never leave voicemails on a girls phone, but expect them to call you back. If they don;t, then its their loss.

Act confident, never second guess yourself...NEVER

Don;t act like you are interested in their hair products, shopping or conversations about other guys. Stay out of it.

You think I'm crazy and girls think I'm an asshole for saying it, but its true, you need to be more assertive and more like a boyfriend than a friend. Girls like guys that are difficult, they like the chase. You are too nice, and it will eventually payoff, but this will help you break out of the "friend zone."

Stop being nice. Be playful, cocky-funny, and just in general badass. Be comfortable touching women like your family, nothing weird, just hugs and stuff. Be comfortable around them.

Once you're in friend zone you are stuck there unless something truly changes in either of you. The key is to start out lovers and not friends, makes things much easier.

ahhhh. that's a very scary and frustrating position. what i believe would be the best thing to do on your part, is to slowly spend less "friend time" with them. if she asks why the lack of hanging out, you can say you have been busy with school, work, or something along those lines. slowly you will not be a "best friend but nothing more than friend" anymore, and you can then later start hanging out with her more again, but this time flirt more and try to spend more time together ALONE, and not with a bunch of friends.

Why would you want to? The more friends you have that are girls the more open your options are as time goes by.

Friendships are how relationships are started, if there is no friendship part first, chances are the relationship part won't last either.

Hug, and then a kiss on the cheek when you're leaving.

It's worked with me, but with only close friends.
