I'm in this same situation. If he hasn't told you or anyone that he likes you then he is probably shy and is waiting to see if you look at him the same way. It also depends on how he looks at you pay attention to his eyes how do they look? Is it a dreamy look, is it a dirty look, is it a curious look, does he smile when he looks at you? The eyes are the windows to the soul they tell everything silently. Eye speak volumes without words. So pay attention to the look he gives you. He's letting you know by this that he likes you, likes what he see's. If you had something on your face he would say it not just look. Do you consider yourself pretty? cute? i guess it matters how he staring. if he were glaring he is unhappy with about somthing but if it is one of those "dreamy" or stares like they are paying attention and are interested, then it most likaly means they have a crush on you. somtimes we do that so u notice but other times it is cause we could just be spacing out
