Right now its very aged cement that its going on. Can I paint it, to make it easier to clean? If so, with what?

Rather than painting it, you might consider simply having it sealed, so that cleanup would be easier. Contact a commercial refrigeration company to see what they recommend.

I've been in some that was just cement and others that had rubber mats from wall to wall.
If you want to paint.. You would need to use a cement primer, then concret paint, then 3 or so coats of sealer.

Good Luck.

Concrete. Keep it clean w/ bleach & water. It kills germs & mold. You can also wash the walls & celling w/ it. I had one in a flower shop I owned. But, you'll need to clean it once a week.
