well im not to skinny but im not too fat but im short so i figure if i lose sum weight n exercise i can grow a lil taller so please help me with a nice answer to my problem

Wow! you have had so many answers already!.

What you need to to do to lose weight quickly is to eat nothing but only raw food and drink lots and lots of water and to get in a few hours exercise a day. Whatever you eat, it has to be only fruit and vegetables and more vegetables than fruit and you can blend them in a food processor or any food blitzer you can get your hands on to make them into a drink if it makes whole food easier to consume.

What won't help you lose weight:

There are no pills that will work and no other diets work that contain regular food that isn't whole food, only eating the healthy stuff shifts the weight, but it does take a lot of hard work to keep to a purely raw diet and it is also more of a lifestyle change rather than just a diet. I am now losing weight after being overweight for a long time and I tried everything there was but the only thing that does work is if you eat whole foods which are apples, bran, green leafy vegetables, Avacado, lentils, kidney beans, butter beans, banana, mango, kiwi fruit etc. There are so many whole foods out there and the greener the better for you.

The trick is, is to simply cut out the salty and sugary stuff and anything that isn't whole or natural - raw foods are the only thing
you can eat whilst wanting to successfully lose weight and quickly.

Because you want to lose weight very fast, the only way to achieve this is by just having only apples, water and green leafy soup for a week and the weight will come off very quickly. The only thing with this, is that you are going to feel very hungry very quickly because if you are not even used to eating raw stuff or whole food, it takes time to get used to the bland taste. Doing things a bit slower will make the weight loss more permanent.

This is the only thing that will work for you I promise because when you are shorter and plumper like I am, it takes a lot more work for the body to process certain foods and why, whole food
is the only food that is going to shift the excess weight you carry or for anyone overweight.

So here is what to do:

Drink eight pints of water a day and one before each meal. eat a bowl of muesli with bran for breakfast followed by one apple. Chop a whole green leafy cabbage and boil in a pan and eat it as a soup with the water that it was boiled in with one wholemeal roll (no butter at all). Boil three eggs (hard boiled) and serve with a plate of mixed raw green salad. Eat one banana and and another apple around midday. Then eat another bowl of green leafy soup at around 6pm. - This will be your entire diet for the whole day and although you will still feel hungry, never give into the hunger when you have had a good day's supply of food.

I also came across this site but I am not sure if it is just another gimmick?. But what I have said will lose you lots of weight and you should see a big difference within a week if you stick to the diet I have given. Hope I have helped?.

Try cutting back on Carbs. No soda, chips, cookies, candy, cake etc. Do atleast 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Also do weight training atleast 3 times a week. The weight training helps your body burn fat. Drink alot of water. You will see results just by cutting back on fatty foods. If you add exercise to this routine you will lose the weight fast.

No one diet works for everyone and trust me I've done many of them. You have to figure out what your problum is wheather its overeating or just eating all of the wrong things or both. Once you figure out what your problum is it will be easier to modify that and reduce what need to be reduced. Also a good 20 minute cardio a day at least is a started. It is never healthy to lose more than 5 pounds a week though.

The only way - and I mean the ONLY way - to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in.

That means monitoring your diet and exercising. That means a high protein, high vegetable, low carbohydrate diet that contains more good fats (olive oil and canola oil, for example) and less bad (trans) fats.

Exercise, though, is the real key. Stay active, and your body will reward you by burning off most of the bad things you eat.

Losing weight quickly generally isn't very healthy and it generally doesn't stay off. If you want to lose it and keep it off, most of the time it requires a lifestyle change. As in, excersize and eating healthier. But that's just an opinion.

OK Breakfast- 2 apples or cereal with lowfat milk,oatmeal
Lunch-salad with anything healthy
Dinner something light.

Stay away from pasta,potato,too much rice,bread,fried food,sweets,sodas,anything that is high in colorie and carbs.

Work out- dance 20-30 min bellydancing,salsa,anything thats fast. or cardio walk fast or run,jog bycycling. Good luck hope this helps.

for quick weight reduce you should drink lots of water(more than 15 glass daily)and do exercise regularly......aerobics exercise is best for weight loose....u can do jog and swimming and also cycling.......you should do control your diet if u r taking 2000 calories daily then you must burn more then 2000 calories .your weight must be reduce .take fresh fruits and vegetables instead of pizza ,burger and that sort of high caloric diet
