yeah i feel like that too sometimes. when it happens , i first think of anything that has reciently happened and try to correct it,even if i wasnt in the wrong. Next,i try to think of all the situations that i've felt really bad in or bad about. then i think about what actions i did to get myself there. i try to remember that i did it all on my own and there had to be a good reason i thought i should. then i think "would i have changed anything", "should/could i have changed anything" ususally i realize that i did everything because i thought i should have at that moment in time. its too hard to predict whats going to happen with every tiny decision i make. if i'm still feeling lousy, i try to think, what's done is done, no matter what i still have my friends and family,so i must be worth something even with all the wrong choices i've made.

Sometimes these feelings are caused by depression. You have to really go deep into your thoughts and try and see if there is a hidden reason for these feelings. Most of the time our sense of guilt is either false or trying to protect us from something. When you start to get that feeling, go to a quiet place and just meditate on it. dont run from it ,instead walk through it good luck

hello,
is it possible you are feeling guilty about yourself? or how your life is going? or how its been going in the past?? a regret maybe, over something you didn't do? feeling guilty over something or someone and your feelings about them? true guilt can only be based in something done wrong, usually hurting another person...or to ourselves, or, for not having done something...like helping a friend in need? anything that prevents us from being able to concentrate and a constant presence in our mind needs addressing. maybe a few therapy sessions, talk this out and see if you can get to the bottom of it.
i hope this helped and i wish you well!

Well, you've not given us much to go on with a three sentance description. Really, there's nothing here to go on.
Perhaps you've done something selfish or unkind to someone, and told yourself it wasn't your fault; now your subconscience is not convinced and keeps working on it behind the scenes. I would guess that you've been having strange dreams along with the persistent feelings of guilt.
If you really want help here, you'll have to dig deeper, and dish it up. If you can't, you probably need to seek counseling for a few months, until you can sort things out.
