Going to dinner and ordered flowers... do I present them before or after??????

What the others said, and here's why.
A lady needs to feel she's special; ALWAYS!
And one of the best ways to do this is to make a public spectacle of it. Give her some flowers she has to carry or wear in public. (I'm a big fan of the small flower for the hair. Unique, stylish, and out of the way, it draws attention without being a burden....She'll look at herself in the mirror a hundred times!)
Dinner will go better with the flower experience "under the belt". Why wait till the end of the evening?

Go to the restaurant ahead of time.. & ask give them the flowers (make sure to leave a tip to ensure that they keep them...) & make reservations so when you show up w/ your woman.. she`ll be surprised to sit down at a table w/ flowers awaiting her & she`ll love the attention of all the other ladies in the room wishing they had a man like you ;]

Before, unless you want to wait until you are dropping you off at her place, gives you an extra 19% chance she will invite you in if you give them to her at the end of the night, but make sure and give her something at the start to like maybe a single red rose.
