Thanks Susan J, for the type of answer I was looking for. My sister is temporarly in a wheel chair too right now, we went together. I just was wondering how many people understood the importance of going and receiving ashes. God Bless you too!

of direction! you're no longer required to do the stand and sit down concern with something human beings. you are able to in simple terms sit down. Then flow up with absolutely everyone else to get ashes in case you like. you are able to flow up for a blessing at communion time. in simple terms bypass your hands over your chest and bow your head to show which you're no longer taking communion. The priest or mind-blowing minister will bless you.

I'm not Catholic but what is the point of the ashes?

If I want ashes all I have to do is go to my ashtray!

Wait I'll light a cigarette that will make more ashes!

Now what do I do with them?

I burnt my head with a cigarette and then puked on a Wiccan. I did all this because I was hungry and hoped that I'd get some of them tasty communion wafers
