My lower back left side?

I always feel something inside me sort of twitch, or that feeling when you make a hard fist on my lower back left side...what's twitching in there? The pain is dull, a lot of pressure..makes my whole back twitch when it is stronger or whatever..

You shoudl go see a chiropractor. Make sure he is one who takes xrays though so he can see what he is doing. Some dont and they just crack away. Do Not go to one of those. But I have a good one and he has helped my back soooo much! I have a lot less pain than I used to!
