You know those professionals that can do things and it makes what they do look so easy, and then you try it and realize that it looks easy is only because they are so good at what they do? So in reality it is the person that makes the difference.
I want you to think outside the box here, LOL
Could it be that the reason why your neighborhood is so quiet is that you've some great guardian angels assigned to your neighborhood?

More crime is committed in a pretty quiet neighbourhood, than in a noisy and fast moving city, where people do not have the time to contemplate and hide the crimes.
The guardian angel always has a interesting time, when humans are around, and keep thinking of innovative ways to do more and more wickedness. It does not matter it is a quiet countryside or a city.
