There is another group of highly trained warriors similar to the navy seals. The seals are a special group that are called upon to do only the highest missions. Ninja type stuff. But who is the other group? I caint remember and its buggin me.

Army Delta force is the highest form of secret military units. They come from various Military branches and positions and live to train. Whenever you hear about a random explosion that kills someone America doesn't like, or all of a sudden a dictator decides to step down, the Delta Force probably had something to do with it.
Yes, the Seals and Rangers are awesome, but when they wanna move up, they go Delta.
By the way, There is no such thing as the Delta Force (shhhhhhhh), or is there?

Well, if you ask the SEALs, they'll tell you nobody's equal. Rangers, Special Forces, and Delta Force in the US are probably comparable in some respects, but exact comparisons are difficult because they have different missions. There are also smaller units 'off the books' in both the military and intelligence communities whose activities would probably curl your hair.

You may be thinking of Operational Detachment Delta, also called Delta Force.
Arguably, the best all-around (physical AND mental) special operators are actually the Air Force Pararescuemen, who recover pilots and crews downed behind enemy lines. That takes a very special kind of skillset, and person.

That would be Delta Force, there are other groups other then them. Top secret and as far as anyone knows, they do not exist. Just like area 51 dosen't exist although its in plain sight on google earth! haha
