With a look of confidence in your eyes that says I know who I am, I know what I want and I'm not afraid to go after it. I'm showing you respect and there's nothing I'd rather do than go out with you. But don't go overboard. Show that you can take no for an answer. She needs the space to call it like she wants it. Smile with sincerity and grin with a large dose of flirt. Well, I guess it's more of a body language thing than the actual words that come out of your mouth. Those should be simple and relaxed, showing interest and never arrogance. That's my 2 cents. If you want the short version, just be honest and direct in your approach.

if you know her well and you feel like she'll say yes, just invite her to a place of her interest, if she likes museums to a museum, or if she likes italian then to an italian restaurant etc. It's best if you know her a little and you can think of an activity that she might like, this way you increase your chances. Also it makes you look smarter or with more initiative if you have a plan, better than just say "hey let's go out some time", or "would you like to go out with me?" but you don't know where.... If you say, "hey, since you like outdoors so much, how about we go to the lake whatever this saturday and have a picnic there? " this sounds less pushy. Don't go for something super expensive because then you won't know if she's going because of you, or because she can't miss the chance to go to that place, and you might be wasting your money and your efforts. Something simple but thoughtful is best for a start.

Firstly I confirm whether she is comfortable with me or not with her talkativeness, face expressions & her body language. If those features are in favor then i ask her that whether she come with me. And I am sure it works out.
