Start with a good trim. Then shampoo and use s separate CONDITIONER (let it stay on your hair 2/3 minutes, before you rinse) after every shampoo. Deep condition or use a hot oil treatment at least once a week. I promise within a few weeks your hair will be much healthier. Get it trimmed about every 6/8 weeks and keep up the conditioning routine, make it a part of your routine from now on, and you will always have healthy beautiful hair.

the only way really is to trim the damaged ends off coz once hair is damaged especially at the ends, there's no way to restore it back to its natural healthy type (dun trust the commercials!).. then, always used olive oil to get rid of friziness and dryness.. its natural and effective.. add olive oil after washing ur hair (den u sleep) or then u applied ur styling product over it.. or u can ask a more professional hairdresser.. but erm.. they always recommend more chemicals that wil juz make the hair worse off i guess.. this is coming frm ma own personal experience.. gd luck babe!

You have no choice but to trim the ends off and use good conditioner. If you do not trim they will split up the hair shaft and you will have more to cut off. Just do the deed and get it over with.

Sorry, but your best bet is cutting the dead ends off. Did you know if you cut them your hair grows faster and much healthier. Also try not to blow dry your hair and use so many products on it. This is what strips to natural oils from your hair. You can try using conditioners. But the dead ends will still be there.

Try hot oil treatments, also pantene just came out with a new product..."time renewal" that repairs 2 years worth of damage in like 1 month ( or something like that). Also invest in some dry end serum...you can put it on wet or dry and it works wonders. I get mine from avon...just go to their website and order, it's also very cheap 7 dollars a bottle!
